Witherite Law Group to Partner with Midwest UAS To Launch Drones for Accident Investigation
Drone technology is an innovative way to investigate accidents. It significantly improves our ability to see how a truck or car accident happened. Drones allow law firms to offer insurance companies and juries in court a clear view of the accident scene.
Amy Witherite, Witherite Law Group Founding Member and Commercial Truck Accident Lawyer spoke out in support of the Midwest UAS Partnership. Witherite stated, “When we talk to you about why expertise is important in truck and car wrecks, this will be what we mean.” “We will be able to expand, enhance, and grow our accident investigation technology expertise thanks to Jackie Reiser and her team of drone pilots at Midwest UAS.” This knowledge is a huge advantage for our clients as we fight to get the settlements that they deserve.”
Witherite Law Group can use drone technology to produce convincing, high-quality, measurable, near-real-time aerial videos, images, and maps that accurately reflect the conditions at the time.
Midwest UAS Technologies’ Owner Jackie Reiser stated, “This partnership will raise standards in evidence gathering and accident reconstruction in Dallas and Fort Worth.” The technology is not only an advantage to clients but also to the firm,” Keiser explained. “Drones allow firms inspections and data collection in fractions of the time manual methods require.” It’s safer for the employees conducting the investigations.
Witherite’s drone technology provides “highly precise, measurable, and geo-tagged data. This gives a birds-eye look at the accident site using high-resolution imagery and 4k video, and measurable 2D or 3D maps. These images will allow us to quickly identify possible issues and recreate the scene with fantastic accuracy and near-real-time conditions.
Although the event began at 9 a.m., families from all over the metroplex started to arrive at the Fiesta Store at 4245 E. Berry Street, Fort Worth, at 6 a.m. The tickets for the turkeys were given on a first-come, first-served basis until all were sold. The event was open to all and free of charge. Registration was not required.
Nearly four million Texans are affected by food insecurity each day. Witherite Law Group founder Amy Witherite said that many people are left feeling defeated and depleted by a food crisis, unemployment, and supply chain problems that make it difficult for them to obtain essential supplies. “We are here to ease some burdens so people can get the food they need for their holiday.”
The demand for community-based assistance has increased since the global COVID-19 epidemic and the subsequent economic hardships. Witherite Law Group, 1-800-TruckWreck, and other organizations are dedicated to serving the community, especially when it is urgent.
Witherite Law Group has distributed over 13,000 turkeys to the communities it serves. 1-800-TruckWreck is currently in partnership with Fort Worth ISD Family Action Center. Witherite Law Group will distribute Thanksgiving turkeys, while 1-800-TruckWreck and Witherite Law Group will host a holiday coat drive with Fort Worth ISD Family Action Center on December 11.
